Hurricanes' Cam Ward: Set to start Tuesday

Ward is slated to start Tuesday's game against the Red Wings, Michael Smith of the Hurricanes' official site reports.

With Eddie Lack dealing with a neck strain, Alex Nedeljkovic has been recalled from Florida of the ECHL to back up Ward on Tuesday. Ward, who has allowed at least three goals in each of his last seven starts, will thus look to help the Hurricanes bounce back against the Red Wings at home after dropping a 4-3 overtime decision in Detroit on Monday.
