Ward gave up four goals on 44 shots in Sunday's overtime loss to the Flyers.
Ward was the much busier netminder, so it was impressive the Hurricanes were able to come away with at least a point. The veteran goaltender continues to see a ton of pucks fired his way, but he's given up at least three goals in six straight outings. Ward remains valuable due to his heavy workload, but his .904 save percentage is mediocre and he picks up lots of losses, so there are certainly better options out there.
