Jets' Patrik Laine: Two power-play goals puts count at 15
Laine scored on the power play twice during Thursday's 6-3 loss to Edmonton.
Laine is extremely lethal with the puck, and with the youngster proving that he's not afraid of the spotlight, he's amassed 15 goals through 26 contests. To put his ridiculous start in perspective, the 18-year-old is second in the league in scoring, sitting just one tally behind superstar Sidney Crosby. Yes, that means he's pacing the rookies in points and markers, while also making an easy argument for the Calder Memorial trophy -- this kid is that good.
