Enstrom was sent to the hospital after exiting Wednesday's game against the Penguins to be checked for facial fractures.
The results of Enstrom's evaluation have yet to be released, but if he did indeed sustain a facial fracture as a result of Pittsburgh's Tom Sestito's vicious hit, he could be looking at a long-term absence. More information regarding a potential timetable for Enstrom's return to Winnipeg's lineup should be released Thursday.
