Nilsson Not Expected To Return To The Islanders

Nilsson is not expected to return to the Islanders next season, according to Newsday's Arthur Staple.Nilsson wants the Isles to give him a one-way contract and that is something the team is unwilling to do. Nilsson is more than likely headed to Europe to play in either the SHL or KHL next year.
