Hagelin (concussion) took part in Thursday's game-day skate in a regular jersey, but will not be available against the Jets, Tom Gulitti of NHL.com reports.
Coach Mike Sullivan told reporters Hagelin is one step away from being a game-time call. Given that the Pens have a quick turnaround for their Friday matchup with Columbus, it would seem unlikely the winger will be ready in time, but he could figure into Sunday's contest versus Detroit. The 28-year-old has not had the impact fantasy owners were likely hoping for after last season's Stanley Cup win, but he remains a decent low-end fantasy option when healthy.
