Ruhwedel (concussion) has already been ruled out for Game 5 against the Senators on Sunday, Tom Gulitti of NHL.com reports.

The bottom-pairing defenseman took an elbow to the face from Senators winger Bobby Ryan in Game 4 on Friday. Ruhwedel joins Kris Letang (neck) and Justin Schultz (upper body) as Pittsburgh blueliners unavailable for the next contest, with the Pens aiming to pull ahead 3-2 in these conference finals. Veteran Mark Streit could return to the lineup with the younger Ruhwedel unavailable.
