Sheary is day-to-day with an eye injury that he sustained Tuesday night against the Canadiens, Pens Inside Scoop reports.

One of the breakout players on the 2016 Stanley Cup championship roster, Sheary was struck in the eye by a high stick in the most recent contest. There's a good chance that he'll be reevaluated Thursday morning, ahead of that evening's home game against the Sharks.
