Murray will return to the road net for Game 4 versus the Senators on Friday, Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports reports.

Murray will be situated between the pipes for his first start in the 2017 Stanley Cup playoffs. The lanky backstop made his postseason debut in Game 3 of these conference finals Wednesday night, yielding one goal on 20 shots in relief of a struggling Marc-Andre Fleury. Neither the Senators nor anyone even halfway tuned into hockey will forget that Murray was spectacular on the way to hoisting Lord Stanley last June -- he went 15-6 with a sterling 2.08 GAA and .923 save percentage after downing the Rangers, Capitals, Lightning and Sharks in succession. A win for Murray would help the Penguins even the series at two games apiece.
