Holden contributed a goal in a 3-2 win over the visiting Hurricanes on Tuesday.

Holden opened the scoring for the Rangers midway through the second period before a pair of unanswered goals by Rick Nash and Jimmy Vesey completed the comeback. The former Avalanche blueliner has been great in his first year on Broadway in posting 12 points and a plus-11 rating through 24 games, which is a pace he flashed back in his rookie season in 2013-14 (career-high 25 points in just 54 games) but never really got back to over next two seasons. At this rate, Holden is poised to smash his previous bests and could emerge as a must-have fantasy commodity if he can stay healthy and productive down the stretch.
