Red Wings' Jimmy Howard: In line to start Tuesday

Howard is listed as the projected starter for Tuesday night's game against the Canadiens, NHL.com reports.

Petr Mrazek worked in Monday's game against the Sabres, so there would be no reason for him to go back-to-back with the team out of the playoff picture. Howard got revenge on the Avalanche his last time out with a 23-save road win, just three days after that team got the best of him. An official starting confirmation should come out a bit closer to warmups.
