Sheahan not only netted his team's only regulation goal, he also scored one of his team's shootout goals in a 2-1 win against Columbus on Tuesday.
Sheahan's first shootout attempt of the season went well, as coach Jeff Blashill shook up his usual rotation after some struggles in the shootout. The game will hopefully be a confidence boost for Sheahan, as the goal snapped a 17-game scoreless streak for the winger.
