Kane picked up an assist in a 5-4 win over Ottawa on Tuesday.

It's just the third point in 11 contests for Kane, who still hasn't found twine after breaking three ribs in the season opener. He's averaged nearly 19 minutes of ice time in 10 games since returning while recording 22 shots on goal in a top-six role with the Sabres, so he should be able to snap his goal slump soon enough. Star sophomore and linemate Jack Eichel is finally back from injury, too, which should help Kane's cause.
