Senators' Curtis Lazar: Will stick on second line
Lazar is expected to handle duties on the second line while Bobby Ryan (hand) is sidelined, Ken Warren of the Ottawa Sun reports.
Lazar has spent a majority of his season with AHL Binghamton, but he was recalled Nov. 19 and has appeared in six games for the Sens. The 21-year-old hasn't recorded any points, but he showed promise in 2015-16, averaging a career-high 13:52 of average and notching six goals and 14 assists in the process. He'll have the benefit of Kyle Turris and Ryan Dzingel on the second line, a major upgrade over his old bottom-six mates, Chris Kelly and Chris Neil.
