Sent To AHL San Antonio

Redmond has been sent to AHL San Antonio, Ken Wiebe of the Winnipeg Sun reports.Redmond scored 20 points over 59 games with the Avalanche in 2014-15, but the 27-year-old was unable to crack the Winnipeg final roster. Look for the Jets to turn back to Redmond, who is in the midst of his second stint with the organization, if the need for defensive help arises down the road.
