Stars' Kari Lehtonen: Beaten by Red Wings

Lehtonen gave up two goals on just 19 shots in a 3-1 loss to Detroit on Tuesday. The third was an empty-netter.

It's the third consecutive loss for the Finnish netminder, who has been stuck on four wins since Nov. 17. Lehtonen has been mostly atrocious in 13 starts this year with a 3.28 GAA and equally unsightly .885 save percentage, but his Finnish counterpart Antti Niemi hasn't been much better with marks of 3.05 and .906. Given the struggles of both goalies, it's even hard to recommend them as a 1A and 1B type tandem for fantasy purposes right now.
