Wild Deal AHL Player Connelly To Blackhawks

Connelly was traded to the Blackhawks on Wednesday in exchange for forward Brad Winchester, Michael Russo of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.It's just a minor deal between two teams trading spare parts in their organization. Connelly, 27, had 32 points in 50 games for AHL Iowa. He'll report to the Blackhawks' AHL affiliate in Rockford.
