Porter was a healthy scratch in Saturday's loss to Boston. He's been a healthy scratch in four of the last five games.
Porter had fallen out of favor with head coach Mike Yeo, so perhaps he'll get another look with Yeo fired and new head coach John Torchetti taking over.
