Reilly was assigned to AHL Iowa on Monday, Michael Russo of the Minneapolis Star Tribune reports.

Reilly played in a game for the Wild last Thursday, collecting a power-play point. However, he was scratched in favor of Christian Folin on Saturday and will now head back to the AHL affiliate. He posted 23 points in 45 games with AHL Iowa last season, proving he has the ability to impact the game offensively, but he'll have to wait for another opportunity to do so at the NHL level.
