Pulkkinen (neck) will play Monday against the Senators, Ansar Khan of MLive.com reports. Pulkkinen missed Saturday's contest with a sore neck, but the ailment apparently wasn't serious enough to hold him out longer than just the one game. He has eight points through 16 contests and will slot back into a third line role.

Pulkkinen missed Saturday's contest because of the issue, but it appears as though it's nothing of much concern. He'll look to rejoin the lineup once again Monday, but that decision should come across at some point during the day.
Pulkkinen is dealing with an undisclosed injury and will not play Saturday night against the Bruins, John Keating of Fox Sports Detroit reports. Pulkkinen reportedly is "a bit sore" and will be replaced in the lineup by Joakim Andersson on Saturday night. Expect the Red Wings to re-evaluate Pulkkinen ahead of their next game which will take place against the Senators on Monday, in Ottawa.
