      Capitals' Karl Alzner: Records assist Friday

      Alzner recorded an assist in Friday's 2-1 win over Columbus. After going without a point in his first seven games, Alzner now has two assists in the last two contests. Relied on more for his defensive prowess, the former fifth-overall pick from the 2007 Draft is unlikely to generate enough offense to keep him fantasy relevant outside of very deep leagues.
