Lightning's Anton Stralman: Could miss Tuesday's game

Stralman did not skate Monday for "body maintenance" reasons, but coach Jon cooper indicated that he could miss Tuesday's contest because of the issue, Joe Smith of the Tampa Bay Times reports. Stralman didn't miss any time Saturday because of the issue, but it sounds as though he could be in danger of skipping Tuesday's contest because of it. Lightning D Anton Stralman pockets pair of helpers Monday

Lightning defenseman Anton Stralman recorded two assists in Monday's 6-3 road win over the Bruins. With three points in three games to start the season, Stralman is illustrating early why he's the most valuable Bolts blueliner not named Victor Hedman. The ninth-year NHLer set career highs in goals (9), assists (30) and points (39) last season, so it's fair to expect similar production from him this year on a Tampa squad that brought back all it's core offensive firepower.
