• Flyers' B. Schenn Scores Winner

News: Brayden Schenn scored the game-winning goal in Tuesday's 5-4 win over the Islanders.
Analysis: Brayden Schenn has been productive of late -- seven points in his last four games. If he can snag four points in the remaining two games, he'll break the 50-point barrier. Either way, Schenn will end the season with the highest points-total of his young career, so prognosticating dynasty owners might consider stashing him.
  • Flyers' Schenn Turns In Three Point Effort

News: Brayden Schenn collected a goal and two assists -- all on the power play -- in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Penguins.

  • Flyers' Schenn Scores Twice In Win

News: Brayden Schenn potted two goals in Wednesday's 4-1 win over the Penguins.
Analysis: Brayden Schenn collected his fourth multi-goal game of the season. Even though his goal total (16) is down slightly from last season (20), he'll set a career high for points if he snags a goal or assist in the remaining five games. At just 23, Schenn has a bright future ahead of him.
  • Flyers' Schenn Nets Three Points

News: Brayden Schenn scored two goals -- one of which was the game winner -- and added an assist in Saturday's 7-2 beatdown of the Red Wings.
Analysis: Brayden Schenn actually had what everyone in the arena -- especially the fans that threw their hats onto the ice -- thought was a hat trick in this one, until his first goal was ruled to have been tipped in by Wayne Simmonds. Still, it was an impressive outing for the 23-year-old, who now has 14 goals, 25 assists, 30 PIM and 130 SOG in 70 games this season.
  • Flyers' B. Schenn Collects Assist

News: Brayden Schenn delivered an assist in Thursday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Sabres.
Analysis: This was Brayden Schenn's first point in the past five games. The young Canadian has been inconsistent this season, but he has rapidly improved his offensive production since joining the league five years ago. Schenn's helper Thursday gives him 22 assists this campaign, a new career high. He's a decent player to roster in most formats, assuming you can stomach the frequent scoresheet droughts.
  • Two-Point Evening For Flyers' B. Schenn

News: Brayden Schenn scored his 11th goal and contributed a power-play assist Thursday against Winnipeg.
Analysis: His scoring remains inconsistent, but he does have these little outbursts from time to time, and Brayden Schenn remains on track to break 50 points for the first time in his career. Still, he has the talent to do bigger things, so we'd like to see more.
  • Flyers' Schenn Grabs Two Points In Loss

News: Brayden Schenn dished out a pair of assist in Monday's 7-4 loss to the Islanders.
Analysis: Brayden Schenn's production has become a bit more streaky this month, as he's turned in a pair of multi-point efforts but six games without a point in his last eight contests. He should top his career-high of 41 points from last season, but it would be nice to see him get on the scoresheet more regularly going forward.
  • Flyers' Schenn Gets Two Points In Win

News: Brayden Schenn picked up a goal, on the power-play, and an assist in Monday's 7-3 win over the Lightning.
Analysis: Brayden Schenn's goal snapped a drought of 15 straight games without finding the back of the net dating back to Dec. 9. Even still, the 23-year-old has 27 points through 43 contests and will almost definitely set a new career-high in points, but it would be encouraging to see more consistent play from the center.

  • Schenn Accounts For Flyers' Offense Tuesday

News: Brayden Schenn represented the sum of the Flyers' offense in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to Columbus, scoring on a late-first-period power play and then sending the game to overtime by scoring again with 56 seconds remaining in the third period.
Analysis: Brayden Schenn essentially near-singlehandedly gained the Flyers a point that they really didn't deserve, as essentially no one but Schenn and Michael Raffl really showed up to play. Schenn did all his damage right in front of the net, which is a dangerous place for opposing defensemen to allow him to linger. His scoring's been a tad inconsistent this year, but Schenn's got five points in his last five games and 20 on the year now.
