Blue Jackets' Dalton Prout: Nets first goal in Saturday's shootout loss

Prout scored his first goal of the season in Saturday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Bruins. He hadn't found the back of the net since March of 2014, so don't look for a repeat from Prout any time soon. The stay-at-home blueliner now has three points, 43 PIM and an ugly minus-14 rating in 32 games on the season.

Prout started the first 12 games of the season, however, Fedor Tyutin will start in place of him in Tuesday's tilt. Prout is a healthy scratch indicating that coach Todd Richards believes that Tyutin deserves a shot to prove himself after Prout has failed to record a point in the past eight games.
