Rangers' Marek Hrivik: Second in team scoring at Hartford of the AHL
Hrivik has six goals and 17 assists through 42 games with AHL Hartford this season. Widely panned as one of the top three prospects in the organization, while the minus-8 rating is certainly unsightly, he's second in team scoring. While Hrivik is clearly lower on the team's depth chart than fellow AHL forwards such as Jayson Megna and Ryan Bourque, there's no telling what GM Jeff Gorton and head coach Alain Vigneault will do to shake-up the locker room as the team continues to struggle to find consistency. On pace to improve upon his last season's production (33 points in 72 games) for the second straight campaign, sooner-or-later the the Slovakian 24-year-old is going to make his Broadway debut.
