Darrelle Revis, Richard Sherman exchange Twitter barbs

By Josh Katzowitz | NFL Writer

While Seattle's Richard Sherman emerged as one of the best cornerbacks in the league in 2012, he's also shown quite a penchant for saying what's on his mind. Whether he's discussing what he thinks is the ridiculousness of the Rooney Rule or taking a slap from Trent Williams or asking about the postgame emotions of Tom Brady, the man is good at talking.

He has also upset Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis -- largely considered the absolute best cornerback in the league (when he's healthy, of course). Sherman took to Bourbon Street during Super Bowl to ask fans who the better cornerback is, and he also tweeted out side-by-side stats comparisons between the two to prove what he thinks is his superiority.

Revis apparently is tired of it, and this is what he tweeted out Wednesday in response.

Naturally, Sherman almost immediately responded.

I assume this won't be the end of it. So, sit back and relax and let two of the best in the NFL go at each other in what should be a very mature Twitter war.
