Dallas drafted Owusu-Ansah in the fourth round out of Division II Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2010. He played 10 total games for the Cowboys in the 2010 and 2011 seasons, returning 28 kicks for 599 yards.
The 49ers drafted Slowey in the sixth round in 2012 out of Western Oregon but cut him during training camp.
