NFL DRAFT ORDER NOTES:
-- The Chiefs have the No. 1 overall pick for the first time in franchise history. Kansas City, who will be selecting in the top-5 for the fourth time since 2008, hasn't selected a quarterback in the first round since 1983 (Todd Blackledge).
-- For teams with identical records, the first NFL Draft order tiebreaker is strength of schedule, then division record (for teams in the same division), and then conference record (for teams in the same conference). The fourth tiebreaker is a coin flip, which is performed at the annual NFL Combine, however, there is no need for any coin flips this year.
-- The Jets and Titans both finished with identical records (6-10) and strength of schedules (.512), but New York earns the higher draft pick due to their lower winning percentage against conference opponents.
-- Picks 21-32 will be determined by the playoffs and the round teams are eliminated. For example, the losing teams in the wild-card round will pick 21-24, the losing teams in the divisional round will pick 25-28, etc. Same tiebreaker rules apply.
-- As of now, the only team without a first round pick in the 2013 NFL Draft is the Washington Redskins. Their first-round selection belongs to the St. Louis Rams from last year's trade involving QB Robert Griffin III.
