Novak Djokovic to share diet secrets in new book

By Evan Hilbert |

Novak Djokovic credits his switch to a gluten-free diet for transforming his on-court performance, and now the top-ranked Serb will share his secrets in a new book due to be released just before next month's U.S. Open.

Serve to Win: The 14-Day Gluten-Free Plan for Physical and Mental Excellence is described as a guide to remaking both your body and your life -- in just two weeks!

Six of Djokovic's seven Grand Slam championships were won since adopting the diet late in 2010. He won three Grand Slams in 2011 alone.

Djokovic will likely keep his most recent Wimbledon outing under wraps, when he was smoked in straight sets by Andy Murray.
