Serena Williams may have been dominant earlier Friday, but she was on the other side of the coin Friday night.

Andrea Hlavackova and Lucie Hradecka handled Serena and Venus Williams in the semifinal of the US Open double tournament, winning 6-4, 6-2 and earning a berth in the finals Sunday against Casey Dellacqua and Ashleigh Barty.

Though the sisters had more winners than Hradecka and Hlavackova, they also had three times as many unforced errors (21 to seven).

It has been a banner day for Hlavackova in particular, who earlier Friday won the mixed doubles title with Max Mirnyi.
