Concussions are a hot-button issue in the world of sports for good reason. Traumatic brain injuries are being diagnosed at an ever increasing rate. In fact, sports are second only to motor vehicle accidents as the leading cause of brain injuries among people aged 15-24 years. That's quite the statistic.
Cognitive neurologist Dr. Harry Kerasidis, aka "The Brain Doc", has studied and treated thousands of concussions over the course of 25 years, specializing in the resulting impairment of cognitive and emotional performance. He is the founder of XLNTbrain LLC, and has created a concussion treatment protocol rivaling that of the NFL, called XLNTbrain Sport.
