Michael Bradley could be headed back to the MLS
The American midfielder could be headed to Toronto FC -- at least according to Taylor Twellman.
Though nothing has been finalized, former USMNT player Taylor Twellman set the soccer world abuzz Wednesday when he suggested that American midfielder Michael Bradley could be headed back to the MLS.
Alexi Lalas concurs.
Bradley has been playing overseas for the last several years after beginning his career in the MLS, and he's been a mainstay on the U.S. national team.
Of course, these are just whispers -- all beginning with Twellman's tweet, mind you -- and nothing is close to official. Though Toronto did make a splash already Wednesday, apparently luring Jermaine Defoe to the club from Tottenham.
