UFC fighter Travis Browne knocks out opponent with brutal front kick
Travis Browne wasn't the headline fight at UFC Fight Night 26, but he scored the best hit of the night.
UFC star Chael Sonnen is usually one of the top draws in all of UFC, so it's hard to snatch the spotlight away from the light heavyweight star.
Heavyweight Travis Browne did just that in a bout against Alistair Overeem who had Browne on the ropes earlier in the fight.
Overeem pinned Browne against the cage and pounded Browne with punch after punch to head, but Browne eventually freed himself. Browne fired off a few precursor kicks to the side of "The Reem" setting up this vicious front kick to his face.
He followed the kick with a hammer fist to knock Overeem out.
Browne is now 15-1-1 following the win by knockout. Overeem is 36-13 after dropping two straight fights. Antonio Silva scored a devastating knock against Overeem in his previous bout.
