The Heat can feel a little bit better about themselves as they were on the wrong side of likely the second-worst beatdown in basketball Tuesday night.

The 2013 USA Men’s U16 basketball team obliterated Mexico on Tuesday 130-31 in the FIBA Americas U16 championships in Maldonado, Uruguay.

The team set four team records, including most points (previous record was 126) and most made field goals with 56 (53).

Seven USA players scored in double-digits and Mexico made just 12 percent (8 of 65) of its shots from the field. USA dominated inside, amassing an insane 73-32 rebounding advantage.

The US is now 11-0 all-time at the championships.
