AMSTERDAM (AP) -PSV Eindhoven came from a goal down to beat Heerenveen 5-1 and take the lead in the Dutch league from FC Twente in style.
Heerenveen went ahead early Sunday thanks to a sixth-minute header by Daniel de Ridder.
But winger Luciano Narsingh leveled in the 23rd with a delicate chip, and Belgium forward Dries Mertens doubled the lead in the 52nd before Georginio Wijnaldum added a third and Tim Matavz grabbed a late brace to complete the win.
PSV was given the chance to go top when Twente could only draw 0-0 at third-place Vitesse Arnhem.
Danish striker Viktor Fischer scored twice on his Ajax debut as Frank de Boer's team beat PEC Zwolle 4-2.
