You know the rule, people: When Tiger Woods speaks, we post, even if that means posting a fairly awkward business interview that he had with CNBC on Oct. 19.
Tiger joined the program to talk Fuse Science. While that was brought up, it wasn't the only thing.
I will simply say this about Maria Bartiromo's approach to such an interview with Woods. Golf journalists understand the "proper" way (or improper way) to approach Tiger at the podium. No pointed questions, nothing about his personal life and definitely nothing about his business. It's a give-and-take sort of thing here, because nobody wants to get shut out by Tiger, even if he never really gives a reporter a serious answer, anyway.
Bartiromo might have seemed a little loose cannon with her questions, but at least she asked them. We all know Tiger isn't really going to answer them, but what would Bartiromo care? She isn't worried about a Tiger quote from Doral, after all.
Also, that Fuse guy knows a lot of big words.
