There is no greater forum for immediate (and sometimes outrageous) reaction from the public on a topic at hand than Twitter.

So when it was announced that Tiger Woods would be assessed a two-stroke penalty on Saturday morning instead of being disqualified, Twitter nearly melted down. Here are some of the best (that I'm allowed to post) along with reaction from some fellow pros:
