This ball is not supposed to find the bottom of the hole, but Chris Stroud did in fact get to write the elusive "1" on his scorecard for the par-3, 186-yard No. 13 hole on Saturday using a 6-iron.

It's the 11th hole-in-one at No. 13 in the history of the Players Championship. Other golfers who have aced No. 13 include Phil Mickelson, Jose Maria Olazabel, Justin Leonard, Fred Couples and Henrik Stenson.

It was the first ace at this hole since 2008.

Stroud went on to shoot 3-under 69, only five off the lead when he ended his third round.
