Rickie Fowler and Colt Knost took to the streets of Dallas on Monday night to smack a few golf balls around before the Crowne Plaza Invitational.

The event was for Red Bull and the schtick was that both would hit to a Texas-shaped green with a shot that either had to go over a six-story building or cut left-to-right to reach the green.

Fowler, as you can see, ended up closest to the pin at 30 inches.

I bet he wishes that jacket was green instead of red.

In addition to this bit of fun on Monday, Fowler shared something on a more serious note Wednesday about helping the tornado victims of Moore, Okla.

"The big announcement I get to make is that I'm going to be matching the first $100,000 brought in by spectators [at the Crowne Plaza invitational].

Fowler, who played collegiately at Oklahoma State, said Oklahoma is a "part of who I am" and spoke candidly about how grateful he was to be able to help.
