To say Ian Poulter was critical of fans on Sunday is to say Tiger Woods has struggled of late. Here's a look at Poulter's tweet after his fourth round at Oak Hill:

Welp, OK.

This actually has been quite a debate this week, with everyone from golf media to fans on Twitter weighing in. And honestly, I haven't heard one person who has given it the Mickelson thumbs-up.

Then Howard Stern responded:

And Poulter fired back:

ESPN golf analyst Scott Van Pelt weighed in as well:

Early in the week, even Tiger Woods addressed the issue, saying, "Well, I don't know if you need to yell every time the ball goes airborne."

I do know -- and you don't.

Woods was reportedly peppered with shouts of "Mashed potatoes!" and "Baba booey!" throughout the final round of his win at the WGC-Bridgestone.

Nick Faldo, Adam Scott and others got more of the same this weekend at Oak Hill.

Poulter finished T61 after a round of 70 on Sunday.

Woods also shot a final-round 70 to finish 4 over for the tournament.
