Because of the rain on Thursday morning and afternoon, the Barclays will not have its cut until late on Saturday morning.

The golfers still out on the course late on Friday night (including Tiger Woods) will get their rounds going again on Saturday at 6:30 a.m. Eastern.

Then third round play will start between 10:30 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. and golfers will again play in groups of three and go off of both tees.

I think this is an advantage for the groups opposite Tiger. They barely had to play at all on Thursday, got basically two rounds in on Friday, and will wait until a normal time on Saturday.

Tiger on the other hand played for 11 hours on Thursday and has to start back up at 6:30 a.m. on Saturday.
