Tiger Woods completed his second straight "blah" round after opening the Deutsche Bank Championship with a 68-67 to get to 7 under early on in the tournament.

Woods followed up his Sunday 72 with a 73 on Monday and will finish 4 under, more than a dozen strokes back of the eventual winner.

Here's a look at his scorecard:

Tiger's play the past two days matched the weather as TPC Boston was bombarded by storms and rain which, apparently, made the course easier for everyone but Woods.

There weren't many bright spots in his final 36 holes as he made eight bogeys and just five birdies. His final rounds brought 63 (!) putts.

Monday brought a new kind of ugly, too. At one point Woods had to have this van move so he could hit his shot out from under it (he went on to make par):

As much as people like to talk about Tiger's ability to scramble (and it is elite), he's just not going to win tournaments that way.

But he's still in command of the FedEx Cup points race as he will likely remain in first or very near it after the second of four playoff events -- it really speaks to how supreme his regular season was that he could play so poorly in this playoff stop and still take one of the top few spots going to the BMW Championship.

And if he can perform well there -- or if somebody from the back of the back of the pack wins -- he can still get that No. 1 spot when the points reset in three weeks at the Tour Championship.

So while the past two outings have been disappointing for Woods, with five wins behind him and potentially $10 million in front of him, his 2013 season is going to be just fine.
