The last of the four Florida tournaments has arrived. A pit stop at Bay Hill before the tour turns back to Texas next week.

Here's a Q&A on this week's event:

What is it?

The Arnold Palmer Invitational in Bay Hill, Fla. It's probably the second-most prestigious of the four Florida tournaments.

Where is it?

Bay Hill Club and Lodge.

Isn't that where...?

Yep, Tiger Woods has won at this course a record eight times.

So he's playing, right?

Well he was until withdrawing with a bad back on Tuesday. He'll likely sit out until the Masters in three weeks.

When is it?

March 20 - March 23

What is the purse?

$6.2 million

Does this tournament have the best non-Masters logo?

Absolutely, no question. I mean look at that photo at the top of the page! That's an exquisite logo.

How can I watch it?

Featured holes online (here)

Thursday and Friday, Mar. 20-21 -- 8 AM - 6:30 PM
Saturday and Sunday, Mar. 22-23 -- 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM

TV

Thursday and Friday, Mar. 20-21 -- 3-6 PM on Golf Channel
Saturday and Sunday, Mar. 22-23 -- 12:30-2 PM on Golf Channel and 2-6 PM on NBC

All times Eastern

Who's playing?

Now that Tiger Woods has withdrawn, this field is a lot weaker. Still features Adam Scott, Graeme McDowell, Hunter Mahan, Ian Poulter, Rickie Fowler, Bubba Watson, Brandt Snedeker, Harris English, Zach Johnson, Henrik Stenson, Keegan Bradley and Justin Rose.

Who are the former champions?

2013 -- Tiger Woods
2012 -- Tiger Woods
2011 -- Martin Laird
2010 -- Ernie Els
2009 -- Tiger Woods

Wow

I know, it's a big deal that Tiger isn't playing.

So who are you picking?

Winner

Graeme McDowell (16-1) -- When Tiger was still in this tournament McDowell was all the way down at 22-1 to win it. I like those odds better but I'll still take him at 16-1. He finished second here in 2012 and has top 10s in three of his last four events this season.

Lock for top 10

Kevin Na (33-1) -- I can't believe I'm picking Na as a lock for anything other than "player that will most frustrate his fellow pros" but he's hot right now. Two top fives in his last three starts at Bay Hill plus a second place last week mean he has to be taken seriously. Maybe not watched, but taken seriously.

Sleeper

Pat Perez (80-1) -- Perez has played great this year and has a history at Bay Hill. He finished T4 in 2009 and has only missed one cut since. This year's numbers are even more impressive, he has three top 11s in his last five events. I could easily see him in one of the final groups on Sunday.
