Even when Tiger Woods isn't playing, he's still the story.

According to this Bloomberg article, sportsbooks in Vegas could see 20 percent less action on the Masters than normal because of Tiger's absence.

Jeff Sherman, assistant manager at the Las Vegas Hotel's SuperBook, said the decline started even before Woods pulled out of the tournament on Tuesday.

"The back issues he's been dealing with this year had shied some people away, said Sherman. "Over the last few weeks, there's been a lot less interest and I bumped his odds up to 10-1 prior to his withdrawal trying to attract more money because it hadn't shown up like it has in the past."

Rory McIlroy and Adam Scott are the new favorites at 7-1 and 9-1 respectively.
