Padraig Harrington, tinkerer of swings and now dropper of OWGR points.

For the first time since 1996, as Irish Golf Desk pointed out, Harrington is not ranked inside the world top 200.

That's a string of 938 straight weeks.

To put that in perspective, Tiger Woods has only been in the world top 200 for 915 straight weeks, though he will eventually (far) surpass Harrington.

Phil Mickelson has been in the top 200 for 1,133 straight weeks.

And Jordan Spieth for a whopping 55 straight weeks.

But seriously, as Irish Golf Desk noted, Harrington's run as one of the 200 best golfers in the world was might impressive:

"The Dubliner, 42, is 206th in the latest world rankings, ending a run of 938 weeks or 17 years, 11 months and 22 days in the top-200 since he came through a 36-hole final day at Madrid's Club de Campo to win his maiden title by four strokes from Gordon Brand Jnr."

Harrington is the kind of guy who will play until he's 80 so I wouldn't expect this to be his last foray into the top 200. But he'll have to get it together soon as he's combined to make just four cuts in 10 events on the PGA Tour this season.
