Keegan Bradley caddied for his buddy from St. John's, Evan Beirne, at a recent US Open local qualifier in Jupiter, Fla.

Beirne lost in a playoff but Bradley said he had a blast.

"It was so much fun," he said. "I had the best time."

Here's a photo of the festivities:

Bradley also said he was a little anxious.

"I was so into it," Bradley admitted. "I was so nervous. When we got done, I thought he had made it, but he played great.

"I was so jacked up. I was doing yardages. I told him before the round, 'Read all your own putts; if you want my help, call me in.' He had me read a few."

Pretty great stuff from a major champ.
