We don't know exactly when Tiger Woods will return to golf but we at least know he'll be back for a team event in Argentina this October.

Probably.

According to Bob Harig of ESPN the event seems to be pretty locked in.

"His back permitting, Tiger Woods will partner with Matt Kuchar in a new team event to be played in Argentina in late October, agent Mark Steinberg confirmed Wednesday.

Steinberg said 'the deal is now in place' and that he was awaiting word on the venue. The format possibly will be medal-match play, but Steinberg said it is still to be determined. Steinberg, whose company is Excel Sports Management, also represents Kuchar."

I like that Woods is taking the sport to other countries -- albeit not for free, I'm sure -- like he did with India earlier this year.

That's good for the sport on a global level and likely quite good for Woods' bank account as well.
