Five storylines for Sunday at the Byron Nelson Championship

It has been an eventful few days at the Byron Nelson Championship and it looks like we could be in for a terrific finish on Sunday.

Here are the storylines to keep an eye on with just 18 holes left to play.

1. Oh Canada? Mike Weir? Graham DeLaet? Both have emerged as big stories at this tournament. Weir is one back and looking for his first win since 2007. DeLaet is two back and looking for his first-ever win.

We almost got a final pairing of the two but DeLaet missed a lengthy birdie putt on the final hole Sunday. That would have been pretty cool after what DeLaet said on Friday.

"He was my hero and idle growing up so it's cool to see and maybe something special could happen and we could be paired together late on Sunday, it would be a lot of fun."

Maybe in a playoff?

2. Packed house: The top of the leaderboard reads like a PGA Tour roll call list. There are 17 golfers within five of the lead and with a little wind and that dicey 18th hole, Sunday should be all kinds of fun.

3. Louis Oosthuizen, is he back? Forget Tiger, is Oosty back from the injuries that hampered him in 2013? He shot a very Oosty-like 64 on Saturday to surge to a tie for the lead but he has never won in the United States. Is Sunday his day?

4. Wait, what year is this again? Retief Goosen, Vijay Singh, Padraig Harrington and Weir are all in the top 20. You try to play the 2014 Nelson and the freaking 2003 PGA Championship breaks out.

I'm dubious about any of them closing but it would be pretty sweet to see any of the four near the top at the end of Sunday. Well, except Vijay.

5. Will I finally get a pick correct? I'm 0-for-the-season but I have Marc Leishman closing hard. He's T6 after the third round and just two back of the leaders. Come on, Aussie.
