Adam Scott is a good putter. That, of course, goes without saying, given that he is a PGA Tour professional. But even in that context, Adam Scott is a good putter.

That's Scott on No. 18 at TPC Sawgrass. I think he hit it too hard. He ended up making bogey.
Though Scott is still on the course, he's in grave danger of missing the cut at The Players Championship after an opening round 77.
Things have been better Friday -- what you see looping above these words not withstanding -- though probably not good enough. Scott sits at 2-over for the tournament after 31 holes, three strokes off the projected cut line.
