Tiger Woods may have shot a 1-over 71 in the first round of the Honda Classic, but at least he looked good doing it.

Woods wore a pair of custom Nike TW '14 kicks that were submitted as part of a NIKEiD contest. Woods picked the shoes out of the thousands of different suggestions submitted.

According to Nike the color scheme was inspired by a number of different events.

"The designer, Dane Thompson, was inspired to incorporate patriotic colors to cheer on team USA in the Winter Olympics and the 2014 Ryder Cup, as well as in support of Woods at the 2014 U.S Open."

A strong look but I'm guessing he doesn't go back to them any time soon based on that below average first round.
